2. Prohibited Distribution

You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, publish, or publicly share the raw archive files, code templates, or proprietary documentation. Sublicensing or offering these assets as a competing standalone template, course archive, or commercial product is strictly prohibited.

3. One-Time Purchase Model

All digital products are sold on a one-time purchase model with zero recurring subscription fees or hidden maintenance charges. Your license is perpetual for the acquired release version.

4. Merchant of Record & Global Tax Handling

Payment processing, order checkout, invoicing, and global sales tax and VAT compliance are handled by authorized Merchant of Record partners:

• Digital Kits & Software Bundles: Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC) serves as the Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy calculates, collects, and remits applicable VAT, GST, and sales tax across global jurisdictions.
• Wear OS Smartwatch Applications: Google Play operates as the Merchant of Record for Chalkboard Watch Face transactions, handling platform checkout and regional tax remittance.

5. Instant Electronic Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically via instant download links upon successful checkout completion. A confirmation email containing your direct download links and itemized receipt is generated automatically by Lemon Squeezy.

Refund & Support Policy

We stand behind the quality of our architecture kits and software solutions with clear, practical support terms.

1. Digital Download Terms & Refund Window

Because digital products provide immediate access to downloadable source files and architecture templates, sales are generally non-refundable once files are downloaded.
